Note from the composer : "The idea of using global music soundscapes came to me while I was experimenting with field recordings of crowds. As a result of my ochlophobic background, my experiments quickly assumed a disturbing mood that I was not aiming for with “Faux World.” In the end, however, a coherence and harmony emerged in sequencing the isolated tracks, and the album successfully captured my transition from electronic to acoustic experimental."
