All Music - Somewhere between electronica and sound art, deep and abstract yet colorful, bouncy at times and thoroughly captivating, Faux World provides a thrilling listen and stands as a very strong artistic statement from Beullac. Highly recommended.

Exclaim! - There are many ways to incorporate exotic instruments into experimental music, but I’ve not heard any that are as immediately striking and beautiful as Galerie Stratique’s Faux World.

Nightlife - This is elegant, deep listening music that's rich with percussion, achingly haunting tones, and washes of immersive sound, emerging melodies and moments of transcendence. An interesting, highly listenable experimental album.

Textura - By embracing atonality, micro-polyphony, and chance alignments as working strategies, Beullac liberated the material from adherence to existing styles or genres.

Panpot - Galerie Stratique's new effort shines like a steel sun. The result is an opening of the mind gate, of sorts, with a mechanical complexion that truly resonates the cold-shouldered psychedelia he encountered.

The Milk Factory - An often distorted and abstract record, Faux World is also a stunning achievement and a testament to how Beullac’s sound and approach have matured.

Vital Weekly - If you play it again, you will find this pleasantly entertaining.

The Cookshop - Beullac’s first major expression from “times of suspension”, and the most difficult to enter in the framework of some categories: it resists predictability by stirring things up, ensuring that element of activeness within its trances.

If you're looking for a friendly way into the Opal Tapes catalogue I'm afraid there isn't one. However, this is a great (and very decently priced) introduction to the distinct sound this label has made its own with some fantastic slices of techno. AJ.
